What is your process?
To plan your wedding itinerary, I co-create an editible Google Doc with you which outlines your itinerary and plan for the day. We sketch out a general itinerary together, and as your plan becomes more solid, we add to it together. This includes lists of must-have shots, inspiration photos, suggestions, and specific planning goals. 2 weeks before the wedding, we confirm all of your details through a video call.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I have 2 base homes in Nova Scotia: one in the HRM and one in Cape Breton, with my partner. I am available in either proximity, and am happy to travel. Travel costs are included in my weddings within the HRM and Cape Breton.
How does pricing work?
My pricing structure is straightforward, simple and pressure-free. My basic rate is $1000 for 4 hrs. of service and each additional hour is $350. I always recommend booking less hours and adding more as you feel they are needed. To book, I take a 20% deposit and the remaining balance is due 1 week before your wedding day via Interac e-transfer. If and when you decide you want to add hours, we adjust the itinerary and balance owing.
How many pictures will we receive?
For a 8 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 700+ fully edited images. Editing includes temporary blemish removal for 'main character' photos, and colour retouching. My colour retouching maintains original tones so that you have a true-tone look into what your wedding day felt like, and photos that will last the test of time. I don't use pre-purchased presets to edit images; instead, I have created my own editing techniques that are unique only to my work.

How long will I wait for photos?
I aim to have your photos edited within 2 weeks for maternity, engagement and family sessions and within 6 weeks for weddings.
